1.Main parts and electrical components adopt the imported parts with low failure rate and long service life.

2.The automatic proportional valve is used to control the proportion of agent and water, and the concentration can be adjusted automatically based on the flow, which can assure the accurate and stable mixture proportion. The adjustable range of 50-500 times for dilution is optional.

3.It can be used for mixing of general agent and special agent.

4.Stainless steel mixing barrel and smart level detection system are adopted. Automatic warning light alarm will be triggered when the release agent level is below the set value, which is more humanized and more safety.

5.The bubbling type automatic mixing (or pneumatic mixing) is adopted to make the mixture uniform.

6.Imported pneumatic diaphragm pump is adopted, featuring automatic constant voltage to output mixture.

7.When the mixture level reaches the lower limit, the proportional valve and water valve will be automatically opened and began to supplement the mixture until the mixture level returns upper limit.

8.When the concentrate is used up, the yellow indicator light and the warning lights will be on, and the proportional valve and water valve will be automatically opened. It will not be restored to normal work until the concentrate supplement is finished.
